The Cypress River - Holland Community Development Corporation was incorporated in 2009, as a result of two community "visioning” meetings held in each of the communities in 2007.
The primary role of a CDC is to promote its community, stimulate the local economy and to achieve the objectives in the community economic development action plan.
MISSION- promoting and enhancing the social and economic development in the communities of the RM of Victoria, which will improve the quality of life for the people in and around the surrounding community area.
